Module overview

Project success is central to a company's ability to respond to progress and change.  The Project Manager plays an enabling role in this organisational capability.   However, few Project Managers have a track record of consistent success.

While there are a range of factors at play, an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and motivate and direct resources in a unique way are key to project success.  A Whole Brain approach to this contributes to success.

This workshop is aimed at helping Project Managers and senior project team members integrate Whole Brain Thinking into the disciplines of Project Management.  The aim is to enhance the project practitioner’s skill set thereby increasing his/her ability to ensure project success.
